Customer Profiles
Louisiana Relay strongly encourages all Relay users to create a Customer Profile, which automatically provides the Communication Assistant with your connection preferences, such as TTY, VCO, HCO, STS or Voice. You can also specify your preferred long-distance carrier, CA gender, language, customized greeting and more.
Multi-User Customer Profiles are available for multiple users calling from the same business or home location.
